Editor needs open mind
As I read the article by Wes Wood II, diversions
editor, one question kept jumping out at me: This guy is the diversions
editor?
I agree that CSULB has a large African
American population, but it also has a population made up of many other
nationalities.
To create true diversity on campus there
has to be a blend of all forms of art, and as the diversity editor, Woods
should embrace them all.
His editorial leads me to believe his preferences
should rate above all others.
In my opinion there is no reason why the
university cannot accommodate all types of fans and the diversions editor
should consider this over viewing his biased opinions.
