The preliminary hearing of a former Cal
State Long Beach employee charged with forcing oral copulation and sexual battery on a
fellow employee will have to wait another day.
Jerome Galvin Cruz, 28, who worked at the
Parkside Commons dining hall, will go before the judge on Sept. 10 after his preliminary
hearing at the Long Beach Criminal Court Monday resulted in another postponement.
He has been in custody since his arrest
June 25. |
