	49ers' voice calls game By Eric Boyum Daily Forty-Niner The womenís volleyball showdown between No. 1 ranked Pacific and No. 5 Long Beach State was televised by the University Television Chanel and by Orange County Network.  Dan Smith is serving as the voice of the 49ers. He has been announcing 49ers' games for three years on TV. Smith graduated from LBSU and began doing public address announcements for the women's volleyball team in 1985.  In addition he serves as the universityís play-by-play radio announcer.
