Anatol Set-up: Arrange chairs, microphone, etc. Set-up cooler with drinks, make coffee
Driver: Pick-up: participants at Long Beach Guest House and deliver them to Anatol
Lunch Pick-up: Pick-up lunch at the local restaurant and bring it to Anatol
Lunch Set-up: Put out dishes, napkins, arrange lunch items when delivered
Anatol Breakdown: General pick-up, breakdown equipment and make sure needed equipment gets to Long Beach Guest House
Driver: Pick-up participants at Long Beach Guest House and deliver them to Anatol
Dinner Pick-up: Pick-up dinner at the local restaurant of the day and bring it to Long Beach Guest House
Dinner Setup: Put out dishes, napkins, cooler with drinks, etc., arrange dinner items when delivered, set-up screen, lcd projector, etc.. as needed.
