Movies
Introduction:
I have such an interest in movies that I could make this its own page, but then I would have to change my entire site structure around again. So, I'm going to create another page like the music page and just put some of my favorite movies up.
I have an interest in all types of movies and when I'm out of school for a winter or summer breaks there's usually not a week where I haven't seen all the movies in the box office.
My favorite genre used to be horror but now it's chick flicks.
I don't really remember how that happened but I just have many more movies that I consider my all time favorites. Horror still has a place in my heart as does action, drama, and comedy. The only genre I don't have a strong liking to is classical, especially black and white, for some reason it really freaks me out. I'll still watch them though.
Ten Things I Hate About You
I remember I saw this movie a long time ago and loved it. Maybe seven years ago and I didn't see it for a long time and HBO started playing it over and over and my mom and I would watch it all the time eating lunch or just hanging around the house. We both agreed that we had to buy because it's just a good movie everyone can sit down to watch and have a good time. Plus, it's pretty updated as far as classic high school movies go.
I think one of the better parts of the movie is the I Want You To Want Me but the last part when Heath says, "Yeah, but there's always a base, drums, and maybe even a tambourine.". Funny stuff.
Cinderella Story
If anyone really knows me and my love for movies, they know that I absolutely adore Hillary Duff, almost to an obsession (not really). I can't remember how exactly it came about but I think everyone in my group for school was picking out their favorite actors and it made me think that I didn't have one. When, I finally came across Hillary Duff I knew that was one of my favorite. Van Wilder (that's his real name) is pretty high up there too. Heath Ledger. How sad. But, yes, Cinderella Story is competing with the top stop for chick flicks in my life. If you really want the reason why, I'll tell you.
Waiting
Waiting is my favorite comedy right now. I say that because my favorite comedy changes as the newest piece of genius comes out, however, Waiting tops a lot of the standards that I have. I mean, how can we go wrong with people like Dane Cook and Van Wilder in the same movie? Awesome cast, good setting, and taps that odd sense of humor that people have. Can we all say chicken?
