Reserves Information for Students

Course Reserve materials are provided by instructors for CSULB students to access via the library (traditional) or online (electronic).

Accessing Course Reserves

To access reserve materials (both traditional and electronic), do a Course Reserves Search in OneSearch, and type your instructor and course name. Once found, you can access it depending on the reserve type:

  • Traditional (print) reserve materials are available either at the Circulation Desk or Reference Reserve Shelf.
  • Electronic (online) reserve materials are available via the online Course Reserves. An instructor-provided password is required. The library CANNOT provide students with course passwords.
