Step 1: Logon to TIM
This is the TIM logon screen. Use TIM to create a new password if you have forgotten your password or if you need to change your password.
If you have never created a password through TIM, you will need to activate your account instead of trying to recover your password.
If you have forgotten the password that you created through TIM, enter your Campus ID (your 9-digit staff or student ID number) into the User ID field and then click on the "Forgot Password" link.
