Change your password instructions

When you go to the next page, you will be asked to login to TIM to recover and reset your password. If at any time you have questions, click on one of the thumbnail images at the top of the next page.

Step 1.

Type in your Campus ID in the User ID field and your current password in the password field. Click the Login button. If you have never created a password through TIM, you will need to activate your account instead of changing your password.

Type in your new password, confirm the password by retyping it, and click the Submit button. Your password must have 6-9 characters including at least one number and one letter. Click OK to the popup box saying "The password change request has been submitted successfully." .

Step 3.

Do you remember your password challenge responses? If you have any doubt, now would be a good time to update them. Remembering these responses makes it easy for you to recover a forgotten password. To get started, click on the "Password Challenge Response" icon.

Step 4.

Answer all four challenge questions. Confirm your responses by retyping the answers in the Confirm column. When you are finished, click the Submit button in the bottom left corner.

Step 5.

Click the Logout button in the upper right corner and then CLOSE YOUR BROWSER WINDOW AND RETURN TO YOUR PREVIOUS LOGON SCREEN.
