Step 2: Create New Password

On this page, you set your password which must meet the following criteria:

1. It must be at least six characters long, but no more than nine.
2. It must contain one letter and one number.
3. It must not be a password you have used recently. TIM remembers your last five passwords and prevents you from reusing any of them.

Think of a memorable password which meets the above criteria and enter it into the New Password and Confirm Password fields. Then click the Submit button.

If your new password meets all three requirements, a message will pop up saying "Password Change Request Submitted Successfully." Click OK to this confirmation message and proceed to the next step.

Please make sure you do not share your password with others or keep it in an insecure place.
