Step 1: Logon to TIM
This is the TIM logon screen. TIM is the program you will use to activate your account, change your password, and recover your password when needed.
Before you can use your CSULB account, it must be activated.
If you have never activated your account through TIM, type in your Campus ID in the User ID field and your birth date (in MMDDYY format) in the password field. Click the Login button. By default, your password is set to your birth date until you change it through TIM.
If you have already created a new password through TIM, you do not need to activate your account again, but can use TIM to recover it.
See Forgot your Campus ID? if you do not know your Campus ID number.
If you need additional assistance please contact the CSULB Technology Help desk at ( 562) 985-4959 off campus, or extension 54959 on campus.
