- Design WASC web site and begin development of marketing plan

- Introduce campus community to WASC activities
- Continue development of WASC Marketing Plan
- Retreats held for Core Commitment Groups
- Collection of evidence for Capacity Review
- Launch WASC web site
Spring 2008
- Preliminary Capacity Review reports developed by Core Commitment Groups
Summer 2008
- Implementation Committee edits and finalizes Capacity Review report
- Formation of Core Commitment Groups and selection of campus participants for Educational Effectiveness Review
- Implementation Committee evaluates budget recommendations for Educational Effectiveness Review
- June 1, 2008: Implementation Committee receives the reports from core commitment research groups
- Develop WASC Marketing Plan and design WASC promotional materials
- Steering Committee finalizes budget materials for Educational Effectiveness Review
Fall 2008
- October 1, 2008: Implementation Committee presents Capacity Review to WASC Steering Committee for approval.
- November 15, 2008: Steering Committee approves the report
- Distribute WASC promotional materials
- November 18, 2008: WASC Lunchtime Symposium, USU Ballrooms, 11-2 PM.
- December 12, 2008: Report is sent to WASC.
- WASC panels initiate presentations to the campus community
- Collection of evidence for Educational Effectiveness Review
Spring 2009
- February 27, 2009: WASC Gourmet Coffee Break, USU Ballrooms, 10 AM - 12 PM
- Prepare campus community for WASC visit
- March 4-6, 2009: WASC Capacity & Preparatory Review visit
Fall 2009
- November 15, 2009: Educational Effectiveness Review reports due
- November - December:WASC special event to be held
Spring 2010
- February 1 - March 15, 2010: Educational Effectiveness Review report considered by Implementation Committee
- March 15-April 15, 2010: Implementation Committee distributes Educational Effectiveness Review report distributed to the campus community
- April 15 - June 1, 2010: Steering committee evaluates Educational Effectiveness Review report
- WASC panels make presentations to the campus community
- Distribute WASC promotional materials
