Staff also rated adequate salary as their highest priority, with less than 10% of staff not rating this as a priority issue. Rewarding good performance and staff retention were also endorsed as a high priority by one-third of staff (Table 2-2).
Between 15% and 20% of staff assigned a high priority to attracting faculty and staff, managing employee workload, evaluating faculty and staff, and connecting to campus.
The remaining strategies were not given any priority by over two-thirds of staff.
