Submission of this form by May 18, 2012 is required for participation in the May 2012 CSULB Commencement Ceremony.
Graduates must remain present for the entire ceremony until its conclusion, when all graduates are officially dismissed.
Note: This registration is only to participate in the Commencement Ceremony. To officially graduate from the University, you must file a "Request to Graduate" form with Enrollment Services.
If you have filed to graduate for December 2011, January 2012, May 2012, or August 2012 (before the published deadlines), you will be invited to the May 2012 ceremonies and your name will be listed in the program. Submission of this online commencement form does not guarantee that your name will be listed in the commencement program.
(December 2012 candidates may attend the May 2012 ceremonies, but your name will not appear in the 2012 program. You must submit this registration form to sign up.)
