Graduation announcements are available now at the University Bookstore with a recommended order date of no later than April 30, 2010.
Please note for all ceremonies, guest seating is available on a first-come, first-seated basis. Students attending the ceremonies for the Colleges of Business, Health and Human Services, and Liberal Arts are encouraged to invite no more than ten guests, as very large audiences are expected and seating is limited. It is recommended that guests arrive at least one hour prior to the ceremony, allowing for a twenty-minute walk from the parking area to the Central Quad, on upper campus. Dress should be appropriate for sitting outdoors for two hours.
Guests should go directly to the Commencement site in the central quad on upper campus; they should not accompany graduates to the processional assembly area. Guests may meet the graduates after the Commencement exercises at the reception area, located on the terrace level of the University Student Union.
Student ushers will assist with seating.
