Lunch supervision for those attending 49er Camp is from 12:00-12:30 p.m.
$480.00 per session/child.
The purpose of the Academic Enrichment Camp is to provide each child with a relaxed and exciting learning environment in which the basic skills of each of the subject areas are taught.
Work will be assigned according to grade and skill level. Students will be assigned to groups according to the grade they will be entering in Fall 2009.
Instructors will evaluate the campers the first two days of camp. After an initial evaluation, campers will be taught using modified learning games, challenging activities, day-to-day learning experiences and worksheets. The children will review materials taught during the previous academic year and will also be introduced to new materials. Multiplication tables and division facts will be reviewed for grade appropriate campers.
Age appropriate art projects will be taught to the campers as well.
Note: The maximum qualified discount is $50 per child.
If full payment is not paid at the time of registration, the balance is due to the camp office by June 8, 2009 (Session 1) & July 8, 2009 (Session 2). Refunds will be given as follows: prior to first teaching day-$350; prior to third teaching day-$300; prior to fifth teaching day-$225; after fifth teach day-no refund.
