Current Schedule Information

for

2003-2004

Academic Year

The Cast List for the Spring Opera Production will be posted on this site and on the Opera Callboard as soon as the list is available.  The Cast List for Fall Opera Scenes is still posted on the Virtual Callboard.

Note:  Internet Explorer is the best browser to view this site and gives the most accurate, up-to-date results, so please view the schedule page with Explorer if possible to make sure you are seeing the current version.  (If you use AOL or Earthlink, you can still use Explorer to surf the web.)  Also, if you are using a previous cookie to view the site (a link from a previous viewing) please hit the refresh or reload button to make sure you are seeing the most current edition of the page.

Opera Class Schedule                              (Updated 11/10/03 11:30 pm)

NOTE:  Always bring with you to class:
- your music in an accompanist friendly format

(in 3 ring binder with pages back to back, taped together, not stapled)
-
a cassette recorder with tapes and extra batteries
- a pencil for making notations in your music
- your most professional and positive attitude

If you have an emergency and will be late or absent from a rehearsal, please do your best to get ahold of Jennifer (562.208.8618) and your coach or director for that rehearsal - leave a message if no one answers.  If you have to leave a message, please try to reach one of your scene mates, so that they can pass on the information in case your message hasn't gotten through to anyone.  Your grade for the class is largely dependent upon your attendance and preparation at rehearsals, and calling in when you need to be late or absent is a part of your class responsibilities.  Please call in as early as possible so that schedules can be adjusted if necessary.

Please see the CLASS SYLLABUS for more information on grading.
