Lothar Schmitz: Survival StrategiesThese materials were designed to support the exhibition Lothar Schmitz: Survival Strategies. Lothar Schmitz, artist and physicist, was born in Germany and relocated to California in 1984. His large scale installations straddle the worlds of science, art, and alchemy, continuously re-examining how technology has changed our interaction with nature.
