4-Days of Fun, Games and Entertainment

CSULB Staff! Come to 1 or all 4 days of great events.

  • TALENT SHOW - Monday, August 4th
  • SCAVENGER HUNT - Tuesday, August 5th
  • STAFF DAY - Wednesday, August 6th
  • FAMILY NIGHT - Thursday, August 7th

T-shirt design selected from contest will be available for pre-order July 1 - to July 18. Pre-orders to be placed with Kristin Bonetati, University Bookstore

Commemorative t-shirt available the first week in August.

Talent Show

Date: Monday, August 4th

Time: 12:00 - 1:00 PM

Place: Nugget Grill & Pub Stage

Come be in the audience to watch or better yet be in the Talent Show. It is a competition with bragging rights for first, second and third place performances.

Scavenger Hunt

Date: Tuesday, August 5th

Time: 12:00 - 1:00 PM

Teams of 2-4 meet at the Speakers Platform and lawn area across from the entrance to the University Bookstore to pick up their challenge/ activity sheet. Teams have until 1 PM to complete the items in the Hunt (time counts!) Winners announced at Staff Day, August 6th.

Night of Games at the University Student Union

Date: Thursday, August 7th

Time: 6:00 - 8:00 PM

Bring your family or colleagues to enjoy billiards, table tennis, air hockey and/or bowling with a slice of pizza and a drink. Small fee for wrist band that admits wearer to the event.

Staff Day

Date: Wednesday August 6

Time: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Place: Nugget Grill & Pub

Pre-paid lunch can be picked up from 11:30 AM-1:00 PM at the Nugget Grill and Pub. Box lunch choices are:

  • Roast beef with Asiago cheese on french roll; or
  • Turkey cranberry on a french roll; or
  • Vegetarian: sliced avocado, Jack cheese, cucumber, black olives, tomato and spinach on wheat bread.
Lunches include seasonal fresh fruit salad, water and a cookie.
