People, babies, and animals who ride bicycles for transportation, conditioning or fun are all enjoying a similar pleasure. That pleasure is enjoyed by many, many students, teachers and administrators on campus. There are a lot of us and there are going to be more, and that is awesome! So why not make it better for ourselves? Do you want tools & tubes, possible maintenance on campus, bike lanes, races, gold sprints, bicycle encouragement for others, appreciation, events, fun, longevity! Innovation! Integration!?
People who ride bikes and people who care about making it better for bicyclists can get together and be a community and make it happen! Long Beach State University is already a network so we are already on our way! In addition, CSULB Cyclists are partnered with Long Beach Cyclists to make cycling the number one goal of all who can ride a bike in Long Beach and L.A. County. Join us for meetings/ group discussions @ school (maybe other places too) about your fabulous ideas for bicycle access and facilitation, every first and third Tuesdays of the month at 2 PM.
CSULB Cyclists is your friendly reminder on campus that you are doing a great job by riding your bicycle to school! Friends! You’ve been riding your bicycle alone? Why not ride with others? Motor vehicles carry a few for Fuel efficiency purposes, but we can RIDE BIKES with a few because it is FUN:

Teaches you how to share the road with vehicles so that you are safe and following the law. Next one is Wednesday, February 17th, and to be continued every 3rd Wednesday of the month @ the pyramid annex 6-9PM.
