Our first meeting was today! Small but alright with Bjorn, Ralph, Carl,
 Nina, myself (Sheila), and Andrew.

Here's a brief overview:

1. I made a pamphlet that I will make copies of and leave in the office
 and in our USU mailbox. PLEASE pick some up and distribute them. I will
 also leave flyers for posting.

2. An anti-war benefit awareness concert is in the works. Date set as
 April 10 in The Nugget. This is the Thursday before spring break. We
 will book bands (Me and Nina are working on that a little, but feel
 free to make suggestions!) and at the show we will pass out info on why
 the war is wrong.

3. A conference might be in the works for the same dayas the concert. A
 sort of mini-conference with a few speakers and a video, with tables
 and literature to raise awareness on campus about opposing war.

4. The website is in need of revamping! Andrew and Carl have arranged to
 work on that. If anyone else is interested in helping with the site (if
 you have experience with site building, etc) please throw an email to
 the list saying so. You can visit the site that we have now at

5. An ultimate goal we have is to put together a newsletter for distro
 on campus. I know this has been discussed and tried before with little
 outcome but maybe this time we will get our shit together and actually
 put things into position for that... Maybe I will start a format for it
 and bring it to a meeting one time... We will see about that. Please
 come to a meeting if you are interested in writing articles, etc.

6. Our meeting next week is at the same time at the same place- USU-309
 at 5:00pm. Please come on TIME! We are a small group but we can make a
 big difference supposedly, so come one, come all!
