-Free-for-all collectives usually are equated with chaos, so we decided
 to set up positions and roles that would keep us accountable as members
 and make the club better organized, more efficient and effective. No
 heirarchy, just accountability.

-SLD/ Red tape Warrior- unfilled position [ahem!]

-The rec center proposal is put on hold indefinitely. Woohoo! No fighting
 here.

-Ralph came to talk about the "People's Radio Show" on Kbeach, CSULB's
 internet radio station [kbeach.org] for whom he is a co-host. He invited
 us to bring guests and they can help promote events. The idea came up to
 hold an antiwar benefit concert at ! the Nugget on campus (starring
 Sheryl "War Is Not the Answer" Crow- just kidding). It would presumably
 feature local bands and would raise awareness, solidarity, funds, and
 all that good stuff.

-Someone will compose a "Welcome Packet" for newcomers.
It will include info on alternative media and our club history.

 -The group decided that we do not have enough resources (time or people)
 to help much on the "Renewable Mug" campaign headed by the ASI
 Conservation Commission aka Dana Lebantal. [But look out for the mugs
 anyway this Spring.]

 -Our mission statement/objectives are staying the same.
To raise social and political awareness on campus.
General and vague, yet noble.

Organizing on campus is indeed like "pulling teeth", but we still will do
 what little we can. The meeting was more festive than usual which
 signals that most of us are having decent, restful breaks. Maybe, just
 maybe,! we'll be ready for Spring.

******IMPORTANT: MEETING TIME CHANGE******
We decided to move the meeting time so that it will accomodate more
 students.
The NEW Meeting Time will be: WED. at 5pm in our office.
The logic was that this time will enable people to come to kick it after

This shindig was held roughly from 1-2:30pm in the Study Lounge on the
 balcony next door to our office in the USU.
