LBCD is a group of CSULB student who are interested in promoting the values of the Democratic Party. The LBCD is committed to creating a better future by recruiting, training and developing the next generation of Democratic Leaders. The LBCD promise to maintain a network between students and working professionals in order to increase the Democratic Leader in the politics, community, education, and business.
