Alpha Phi International Fraternity, Incorporated, a fraternal and benevolent corporation organized for purposes other than pecuniary profit, is primarily a collegiate organization composed of undergraduate women affiliated with collegiate chapters at accredited colleges and universities in the United States and Canada. Alumnae chapters and other groups operating within the Fraternity exist for the purpose of assisting and developing the collegiate chapters of the Fraternity and for perpetuating for alumnae members the benefits derived from collegiate membership in the Fraternity.
