Documents to Get
Students coming to CSULB should carry all the following certificates. It is recommended to carry the entire original certificates in cabin baggage. Leave a set of photocopies of all the above documents in each bag. It is always better to keep few photocopies of all the documents at home in India.
At the Port Of Entry immigration officials will ask you for few of the original documents, so keep all the documents easily accessible.

- I-901 sevis fee receipt
- Undergraduate transcripts
- Cumulative marks memo
- Provisional certificate
- Degree completion certificate
- Recommendation letters
- GRE, TOEFL Score Sheets
- Vaccination Certificate MMR, TB tests
- Medical Prescription of all medicines you bring
- College Leaving Certificate
- Demand drafts (DD) for tuition fee
- Receipts of traveler’s checks
- Enough Money Cash with some change
- Medical Fitness Certificate (optional)
- Health History Form (optional)
- International Driving License (I.D.P.) (Optional)
