Student arrival questionnaire is a part of ISALB arrival Program. All the new students are recommended to fill in the questionnaire so as to avail the pick-up and temporary accommodation. This form will help ISALB to keep track of all the new students coming every semester. This form contains emergency contact information of the students, which will help us in contacting the relatives in exigency. SO, please fill in the form completely to help us serve you better.
NOTE: We have to receive this arrival questionnaire at least one week before your arrival for scheduling pick-up.
