Organization Information

Our purpose is:

• To promote and explore the professional opportunities within the foodservice and hotel industries.
• To provide the students opportunities for association and interaction with the faculty and administration of CSULB, leaders in the foodservice and hotel industries and members of the community.
• To promote ethical leadership and academic achievement and to cultivate civic responsibility.
