The CSULB Center for Scholarship Information is a great resource to find scholarship opportunities

Keep your eyes and ears open

The Civil Engineering Department sends several emails each semester to students describing scholarship opportunities.
Check with your previous school's scholarship department (usually high school and junior colleges have one).
Look for postings when you are walking around campus.
