ASCE's mission is to provide essential value to our members,
their careers, our partners and the public by developing leadership,
advancing technology, advocating lifelong learning and
promoting the profession.
The student chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) at CSU
Long Beach provides professional networking events; connects students
with internships, full-time career opportunities, and scholarships; and participates in civil
engineering competitions. We are currently preparing to compete in the annual
Pacific Southwest Conference (PSWC) which will take place at Cal Poly Pomona
during the spring of 2012.
The ASCE office is located in EN3-105. Officers and members are also often found in the Geotech Library, EN2-109.
