Critical Thinking P-Increasing emphasis on statistical interpretation of results and addressing issues related to cognitive load in visualizations in the closing the loop round, learners have demonstrated proficiency in attaining critical thinking competency.
Ethics Learners met performance benchmark in ethics in both rounds of assessments. P - But we noticed that students did not connect BOD ethics with management ethics. So we plan to connect the dots in the next round of assessment.   
Functional Knowledge P -In the closing the loop round, the inclusion of additional examples related to sustainability reporting aims to enhance learners' proficiency in functional knowledge. The earners have demonstrated performance above the benchmark of 80%.
Quantitative & Technical Skills Learners achieved performance above the benchmark in both rounds of assessments. P- In the closing-the-loop round, the integration of SQL and Python with other tools used in the course, along with the expansion of discussions on storytelling in the context of data analytics, has been implemented.
Domestic & Global Environment P - More emphasis was placed on comparing US vs other countries and international corporate governance. Students were introduced to OECD and World Bank summaries of international Corporate Governance.  In the closing loop round, learners have met performance benchmark in attaining domestic & global environment competency.
