CRITERIA: New passwords must satisfy the following rules:

• New passwords must contain exactly 8 characters -- no more, no less
• A combination of alpha and non-alpha characters, with at least 3 of each.
  - alpha: ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZabcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz
  - non-alpha: 1234567890 ~!@%^&()-=+[]{};',.<>/?
• May not contain a 3-digit or longer number (e.g., "ncc1701d" is invalid because it has four digits in a row)
• Passwords are case-sensitive. Remember the exact combination of UPPER- and lower-case letters.
