in the Museum Studies Program at CSULB, which is being offered in partnership
between the University Art Museum
and
the Art Department. This
website will provide information about existing classes, options for degree
programs and general information. The Museum Studies Program is undergoing
re-developement, and currently students cannot obtain a Graduate Certificate
in Museum Studies. However, several options exist to incorporate
the classes that are being taught into your chosen program. Check
here for information on the courses.
Please note: If you are currently NOT enrolled at CSULB, please consult the CSULB website or visit the Office of Admissions and Records for admission criteria and deadlines.
OPTIONS * Incorporate the classes into your bachelor's or master's degree program (check with your advisor). * Design a special major master's degree through the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies which incorporates the exisiting classes (check the Interdisciplinary Studies website for details). * Take the classes outside of a degree program. * Take the classes through the CSULB Extension Services program. Classes are being taught by Marina
