Goodman Receives Archstone Grant For Project on Aging Social Work's Catherine Goodman, a member of the university since 1985, recently received $655,147 over three years from the Archstone Foundation to participate in the California Social Work Education Center's Aging Initiative. Film and Electronic Arts Receives $20,000 Grant The Film and Electronic Arts Department at CSULB has received a $20,000 grant from the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) to support its documentary program. Hall, Sciortino Secure MWD Grants Two CSULB faculty led student teams to victory recently when the Metropolitan Water District awarded them grants of $10,000 and $9,000 to further research into water conservation. |
