Volleyball Assistant Coach Inducted into Hall of Fame Debbie Green, an assistant coach for the CSULB women's volleyball team, was officially inducted into the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Hall of Fame in December at the 2004 AVCA Annual Convention at the Long Beach Westin Hotel.
