“Money Talks,” a four-week financial and estate planning series presented by University Relations and Development for CSULB faculty and staff, will continue for two more Fridays, Nov. 2 and 9, from noon-1:30 p.m., on campus in the Psychology Building, Room 153. Individuals who have not attended previous sessions are welcome to come to the final two in this current series.
The series is being taught by Susan Berkman, assistant vice president, and Susan Knopick, director of development, both from CSULB’s Office of Estate and Gift Planning; and Delia Fernandez, a certified financial planner.
A wide range of topics will be covered during the four weeks, including:
- Retirement investment strategies and plans - 403(b)s, 401(k) TSAs, 457
- Portfolio Diversification — PERS, IRAs, stocks, bonds, funds
- Tax Strategies
- Asset protections through estate planning
