An emeritus CSULB professor and his wife have donated $1 million to the campus.

For the third consecutive year, CSULB was ranked third among the top public master’s universities in the west by
U.S.News & World Report.
Diverse Issues in Higher Education recently ranked CSULB sixth in the nation in the conferring of bachelor’s degrees to students of color.

Catherine Durham, in the office of the Vice President of Academic Affairs, was chosen by her colleagues as employee of the month.
CSULB is going through its accreditation process overseen by The Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
