Benefits Services Announces New Customer Service Plan
Published: February 15, 2010Benefits Services has announced its new Customer Service Plan. Effective Feb. 1, the process has been changed to provide two Benefits Customer Service Representatives to meet the needs of the campus community.
Benefits Customer Service will now be delivered according to last name – A through L and M through Z. The alphabetical assignments are:
A through L – Ines Guerrero-Wissell, iguerrer@csulb.edu, 562/985-8269
M through Z – Beth Anderson, banders7@csulb.edu, 562/985-4411
