Call for PCSW Applications and Nominations for Upcoming TermPublished: March 1, 2010
The President’s Commission on the Status of Women (PCSW) is inviting applications and nominations for membership on the commission for the Fall 2010 through Spring 2013 term.
This year there are two vacancies to fill: one lecturer faculty and one tenured/probationary faculty member. Aside from fulfilling one of those membership categories, applicants/nominees must be willing to actively support the mission of PCSW.
For information on the commission’s mission and its work, and to download the application/nomination form, go to the President’s Commission on the Status of Women Web site.
Completed PCSW application/nomination forms must be e-mailed and date-stamped by 5 p.m. on Friday, March 5 to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Online elections will be conducted to fill the two vacancies using BeachBoard. Separate ballots will be sent to tenured/probationary faculty and lecturers. Those individuals who do not have access to BeachBoard may request a paper ballot by contacting the PCSW Secretary in writing: Jeane Relleve Caveness MS-0604, USU-217. Requests must be received by Friday, March 5 at 5 p.m.
