You can pick up an extra hour of sleep on Sunday, Nov. 1, when Daylight Saving Time ends. As always, it’s recommended you turn all your clocks back one hour before you go to bed Saturday night.
For future reference, Daylight Saving Time begins each year at 2 a.m. on the second Sunday of March, so that’s when you move clocks ahead one hour.
Standard Time begins each year at 2 a.m. on the first Sunday of November when you move clocks back one hour.
In 2010, Daylight Saving Time begins on Sunday, March 14 and ends on Sunday, Nov.7.
