Reminder to Recycle on Campus

Faculty and staff are reminded that CSULB’s Facilities Management is available to assist in the recycling of old papers, journals, books, notes, etc, when cleaning out offices.

Recycling is an important part of our campus-wide sustainability program to reduce reliance on landfills, return valuable resources to the economic mainstream, and reduce the consumption of natural resources.

To request temporary collection barrels to recycle discarded papers, contact the Facilities Management recycling office at 562/985-7428. If you are discarding documents with sensitive information, please remember it is your responsibility to properly shred them first.
