CSU’s 403(b) Retirement Manager System Upgraded Starting June 5

Published: June 1, 2012

Retirement Manager, the convenient, secure, web-based system that allows CSU employees to access their 403(b) tax sheltered annuity retirement plan accounts 24 hours a day, is being upgraded. Currently, the system allows individuals to learn more about their retirement savings, start/change/stop contribution amounts, read educational articles on financial planning topics and calculate what is needed to stay on track for retirement using online financial calculators.

The Retirement Manager website has been upgraded offering several new and easy ways to manage and learn about retirement benefits. These changes do not require action at this time.

Scheduled to be released on Tuesday, June 5, the Retirement Manager upgrade will allow employees to:

• Create a unique User ID and select security questions.
• Navigate easily to important tasks related to retirement plans.
• Quickly locate retirement plan information and investment provider contacts.
• Access important financial topics and information about current market trends.

Also beginning June 5, there will be a new dedicated customer support line for the Retirement Manager website. The support line will take calls from all CSU employees regardless of investment provider selection and will provide guidance on the login process, general navigation questions, and how to use the enrollment and disbursement transaction screens.

To access Retirement Manager, go to www.myretirementmanager.com. For more information on the CSU 403(b) TSA program, call Benefits Services at 562/985-2381 or visit its website.
