Staff Representative Sought
For Enrollment Management Council

Nominations are being sought for one CSULB staff member to serve on the campus Advisory Council on Enrollment Management, a joint faculty and administrative council responsible for advising the president and the provost on all matters pertaining to the management of the university’s student enrollment.

Such matters include, but are not limited to, admissions policies, the size and rate of growth of student enrollment, the retention of students, and procedures for communicating the university’s enrollment management plans to affected constituencies within and without the university. The council is also charged with the responsibility for ensuring broad and meaningful consultation on enrollment management matters within university community and with external constituencies.The council meets once a month during the academic year.

Nominations are open to any interested staff member (any employee who does not have academic retreat rights). Submit your name, department, phone extension, e-mail address and a brief statement of interest and qualifications to Cynthia Riley at 562/985-1791, by Friday, Aug. 26. Your name and statement will be used on a ballot that goes out electronically to staff colleagues campus-wide.
