Open Enrollment For New CSU Voluntary Benefit ProgramsPublished: March 1, 2011
The CSU is lauching a new Voluntary Benefit Programs effective May 1. To introduce these plans to the campus, Benefits Services will host a Voluntary Benefits Fair on Wednesday, March 16 from 9-11 a.m. in Brotman Hall on the 3rd floor, patio area. Representatives from various companies will be available to answer questions and assist with enrollment. The special enrollment period for these new plans is March 1-31. A summary of the new offerings can be found on the Benefits Services website.
In addition to the new Voluntary Benefit Plans, employees also can enroll/increase coverage in the Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance through The Standard, with a Guarantee Issue amount up to $100K. Restrictions apply.
The Voluntary Benefits Fair also will include representatives from the CSU’s 403(b) Tax Sheltered Annuity Program: Fidelity, ING, Met Life, TIAA/CREF, VALIC; and the Savings Plus Program to provide information on the State’s 401(k) and 457 Programs.
