Kelly Documentary to Highlight June 9 Munch ‘n Learn Event

CSULB Staff Council will host its next Munch ‘n Learn event for university staff with a presentation of the CSULB-produced World War II documentary film, “Long Days Working Hard,” on Wednesday, June 9, from noon-1 p.m. in University Telecommunications Center (UTC) Room 127.

Guests will visit the College of Continuing and Professional Education’s (CCPE) Advanced Media Production (AMP) Center to view the 56-minute film and enjoy complimentary popcorn.

AMP director Dave Kelly produced “Long Days Working Hard,” which follows the historical trends that resulted in Long Beach becoming one of the country’s top wartime cities for industrial development, jobs and economic activity. Read more about the film in Inside CSULB.

Please arrive promptly. Parking is available in Lot 7 next to the UTC building.
