Emergency Preparedness Information

Emergency Procedures

This information is provided to assist faculty and staff members in responding to emergencies they may confront in the course of their duties. "CSULB Emergency Procedures," a printed manual containing the same information as that found on this "CSULB Emergency Preparedness Information" web site, is available from University Police, and should be kept where it will be immediately available should one of the identified emergencies occur.

Please become familiar with the information on this web site and the printed manual. In the event of an emergency, it will serve as a quick reference for effective action.

The names of First Aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) qualified personnel should be listed where indicated in the manual, under "Serious Injury or Illness." Other information blanks should be completed.

University Police is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, to respond to any emergency that may develop.

If there are any questions or comments, contact the University Police at (562) 985-4101 or 9-1-1.
