Directions to Campus
- Take the 405, 22, or 605 freeway to the 7th Street off-ramp in Long Beach. Go west on 7th Street to the third signal, West Campus Drive. Turn right on West Campus Drive. The Library is the first building on the right.
Or use Mapquest and plot your directions precisely from your departure location. The campus address is 1250 Bellflower Blvd, Long Beach, so please use that as your destination address. Note that Mapquest then will give directions to deliver you to the campus via Bellflower Blvd. and you will need to drive through the campus to get to the Library.
Campus Parking (on campus parking map, the Library building is indicated as SCL)
- In general, parking at CSULB is by permit only. A parking permit is required in all lots and structures at all times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Daily permits, available from yellow vending machines at several locations adjacent to parking lots, currently cost $5.00 for the all day permit. "Day permits" are valid in lower campus parking lots, and only valid close to the library after 6:00 PM on weekdays. Metered parking is available on the service road which runs parallel to 7th Street. In general it is difficult for visitors to find parking near the Library except on weekends. Always read carefully the signs posted at the entrances to campus parking lots; some lots are reserved for university employees at all times.
