Lemon Car Laws is arranged by state, providing laws dealing with a car that is a "lemon" or "bad" vehicle.
Nolo's Cars and Tickets is a legal encyclopedia on driving and the various laws that goes with driving.
State Traffic and Speed Laws is arranged by state, gives links to traffic laws.
American Motorcyclist Association is an organization that defends the rights of motorcyclists by seeking out bad laws and anti-motorcycling discrimination at all levels and is also the world's largest motorsports sanctioning body. The site also contains fatality statistics.

Los Angeles County Law Library The Los Angeles County Law Library is available to anyone who is making use of the materials and services. Attorneys, judges, paralegals, students, residents of Los Angeles County and visitors to Los Angeles County are welcome. Telephone or email service is available for those unable to visit the library or its branches.
Orange County Public Law Library Any person who qualifies to register may borrow material from the Library. They have a Ask a Librarian. That is any resident, Judge, Official of Orange County or an Attorney who resides or has a law office in Orange County may register as a borrower.
