LII Supreme Court Collection by Cornell Law School. This provides the current decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court. Searchable for cases back to 1990 and cases selectively back to 1793.

Findlaw: Supreme Court Opinions by Findlaw. This provides the current decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court. Searchable for cases back to 1999 and cases selectively back to 1893.

Oyez Project by Jerry Goldman (Northwestern). An audio collection of the U.S. Supreme Court since 1995 and selectively before that. There is also a subject index of cases under Cases tab.

Federal Courts

LII U.S. Circuit Courts by Cornell Law School. Searchable in all circuits or individual circuit courts. Coverage is spotty but explained.

Federal Circuit Opinions by Emery Law School. Searchable by parties or keyword from August 1995 to present.

Opinions of the Federal Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit by Georgetown Law Library. Listing by case dockets of .pdf's of circuit cases from August 1995 to present.

U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit Opinions by U.S. Court of Appeals. Lists of current year's cases on the docket with opinions, no historical information.

Meta-Index for Legal Research by Georgetown College of Law. Each Federal Circuit court is searchable by parties or topic, including the 9th Circuit (that includes California). 9th Circuit is also available via FindLaw back to 1996, opinions only since 2000.

LII District and Bankruptcy Courts by Cornell Law School. Arranged by circuit (California is in the 9th) or State, no search everything together.

U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces by Armed Forces. Provides opinions back to 1999 and various documents.

U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims by Veterans Administration. Provides opinions back to 1989 and various forms for filing.

U.S. Tax Court by United States Tax Court provides opinions and memorandum from the Tax Court.


California Courts

California Supreme Court provides opinions and audio of the court sessions back one year.

California Court of Appeals provides opinions for the past year.

California Superior Courts provides address and links to each county court. Opinions for civil or traffic court vary from county to county.

California Courts by the Judicial Council of California. Provides opinions back to 1850.

California FindLaw by Findlaw has opinion back to 1996.

California Bankruptcy Courts by the U.S. court system has the four districts of bankruptcy courts.


Other State Courts

NCSC: National Center for State Courts provides links to each state's court including local and city courts.

Native American Tribal Courts.

Tribal Court Decisions by Tribal Law and Policy Institute searches for the opinions from the twenty-one tribal courts. Learn about the Tribal Courts at National Tribal Justice Resource Center.


International Courts

Guide to International Law Sources by CSULB Librarian includes international court information under Other Legal Systems, Guides to Web sources or Hot topics.

United States Court of International Trade produces opinions based on its mandate by the Customs Act of 1980. Cases are heard from throughout the United States or in foreign countries.


Rules and Forms.

LLRX: Court rules, forms and dockets by Law Library Resource Xchange provides links to sources for state and federal court rules, forms and dockets. You can browse to find the resource you need, or search by keyword.

United States Cout of International Trade rules and forms.

United State Tax Court forms and Rules.

Federal Courts by the Administration Office of the U.S. Courts. This includes forms and rules for the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Federal Courts (both appeals and district) and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts.
