American Association of Law Librarians (AALL) Foreign, Comparative and International Law Special Interest Section contains links within courses, syllabi, and other guides.

I.Lex is by American Soceity of International Law is an online database of select U.S. court cases and related materials is designed to serve as a practical resource for members of the judiciary and other legal professionals to identify and understand how international law is interpreted and applied by U.S. courts at both the federal and state level.
International Relations and Security Network: International Law is arranged by topic or subject (i.e. international disputes and arbritration, law courts, etc.).

International Governmental Organizations (IGOs) listing contains some organization that produce treaties or like documents. This site also contains a few links to international treaties and agreements.
