If you are unsure of which terms work well, here are a sampling of Library of Congress Subject Headings that will give you books about these types of test:
Mental Measurement Yearbook Online Provides access to the reviews contained in the print editions of Mental Measurements Online. Allows you to search or browse for reviews for specific test instruments by title or bysubject area.

CINAHL
Since 1995, CINAHL started including research instrument records. Each record contains a description of the instrument including its purpose, variables measured, psychometrics, question formats, administration and scoring information, and instructions on how to obtain the instrument.
In CINAHL look at the "LImit your results" section for the "Publication type" box. In that box choose "Research Instrument." However you should note that sometimes the instrument (i.e., survey/questionnaire) is included, but if not you need to look for How to obtain (permission to use is sometimes given) because most of instruments are copyrighted.
You can also search for instruments by title.
Items whose call number includes "REF" are located in the Reference Section of the library, on thesecond floor.
