These business databases will help you find articles on both Hospitality Foodservice and Hotel Management.

Another business database, this will be helpful in finding news, articles and company information in the Hospitality and Hotel industries.
Hospitality & Tourism Index
This is THE database for HF & HM. It is a searchable database that indexes all the major journals and magazines in these areas.
Wiley Interscience
Don't let the title fool you! Wiley is a large publisher of hospitality and hotel industry journals. This database will be very helpful in finding articles in these areas.
These internet sites have the "seal of approval" from the FCS librarian, and may be a useful starting point to do web research.!
ALTIS
This free website calls itself the "guide to internet resources in hospitality, leisure, sport and tourism." It is searchable and you can limit to the type of research you are looking for.

This comprehensive site offers information on over 27,000 bed and breakfast inns worldwide.
Boston University Law Library
This handy guide is a great "how to" in finding legal information for HFHM. It provides step by step instructions and gives the names of the sources to use to find topics to research and then how to find the actual information.
Hospitality Lawyer.com
This site tells you that it is "your source for hospitality related legal, safety and security information." Helpful areas on the site include their "resource links," and the "academics" section, which include powerpoints on HFHM safety and security issues.
Hotel & Restaurant Law
From Cornell Law School's Legal Information Institute, this site gives a lovely description of Federal law related to HFHM. It even points you to the applicable sections of the Federal codes and regulations that pertain to HFHM. The state information however, is specific to New York, so really just use this site for the Federal and general information.
International Bar Association - Tourism, Travel & Hospitality Law Committee
This is the site of the subcommittee of the IBA that deals with tourism, travel and hospitality law. While their "links" section is currently empty, they do have a searchable reading room that provides a wealth of information.
Megalaw.com
Calling itself the "Lawyer' Window to the Web," this site provides all kinds of links to court cases, statues and regulations regarding HFHM. It also provides many important links to websties and resources.
